Designed for the Junior League of Sarasota’s State Public Affairs Committee, this 27-page workbook was created to educate, empower, and activate women, no matter their background, experience level, or area of passion. With an intentional balance of warmth and professionalism, the workbook uses clear visual hierarchy, accessible language, and clean, inviting layouts to demystify the legislative process and inspire confident engagement with advocacy work.

The color palette and typography were carefully selected to reflect JLS brand standards while creating a sense of energy, clarity, and inclusivity. The design is elevated but approachable, with each page developed to foster both personal connection and civic impact. This project exemplifies how strategic design can support community education, elevate member experience, and further a mission of empowering women through informed action.
